Jesselle has more than 18 years experience across all three sectors: public, private and non-profit.  Her previous and current clients include non-profit organizations, foundations, consulting companies and start-ups, among others.

Prior to consulting, Jesselle was an executive at a tech start up and before that held multiple C-suite roles at an education non-profit.  She has led teams of 1-70 individuals and has led initiatives in areas of change management, organizational development, culture-building, leadership development, strategic planning, talent management, as well as developing and redesigning structures, processes and policies.  

 

Jesselle has her Masters in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and her Bachelors in Communication Studies from UCLA.
